For the Gyro Meatballs

For the Marinated Greek Salad

cut into cubes

Instructions
Toss vegetables and feta cheese with olive oil, vinegar and greek seasoning. Allow to marinate while you are making the meatballs.
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all meatball ingredients and mix well. Divide into 20 equal sized portions and roll into balls.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
Assemble each bite; fresh mint, olive, feta, red onion, tomato, cucumber and meatball.
Serve with a squeeze of Chobani® Savor™ Whole Milk plain Greek yogurt topper.
