Ingredients

For the Gyro Meatballs

For the Marinated Greek Salad

Instructions

  • Toss vegetables and feta cheese with olive oil, vinegar and greek seasoning. Allow to marinate while you are making the meatballs. 
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Combine all meatball ingredients and mix well. Divide into 20 equal sized portions and roll into balls. 
  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until cooked through. 
  • Assemble each bite; fresh mint, olive, feta, red onion, tomato, cucumber and meatball. 
  • Serve with a squeeze of Chobani® Savor™ Whole Milk plain Greek yogurt topper.
