Beef/Venison Jerky
Ingredients

Beef
Wild Venison or Elk, sliced for jerky

Worcestershire Sauce

cup
Coconut Aminos
or tamari sauce/organic soy sauce

tablespoons
Sea Salt
1/2
lemon, juiced
1/4
cup
Honey
or organic sugar

tablespoons
Black Pepper

cup
Garlic Powder
1/8
cup
Onion Powder

tablespoons
Hot Sauce

Liquid Smoke
Instructions
In a large container, combine all ingredients, mix well.
Add water if needed to fully submerge jerky slices in the marinade.
Marinate Jerky Slices for 48 hours in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
Drain your jerky slices, DO NOT RINSE
Arrange marinated jerky slices on the trays of your dehydrator - and dehydrate according to the manufacturers directions for meat.
