Gently melt coconut oil just until it's liquid. Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Oils and Vinegar will emulsify into a creamy, blended dressing.
Store at room temperature for up to a month. Shake well before serving.

To make this dressing low-carb, replace honey with stevia.If you are following the Bulletproof Diet, onions and garlic can be omitted if desired.
