Grain Free Fried Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Wild Caught Raw Shrimp 31-40 count or larger
  • Grain Free Breading Mix
  • coconut milk (canned)
  • Palm oil or Lard for frying

Instructions

  • Thaw, Peel, Devein & butterfly your shrimp
  • Bread each shrimp by Dusting with breading mix
  • Then Dip in coconut milk to moisten
  • Return to the breading mix and coat well
  • Arrange on a plate and chill for at least 30 minutes
  • Fry in small batches in hot 300-350 degree fat, turning to brown on both sides
  • Drain on paper towel lined plate, season lightly with sea salt
  • Serve with cocktail sauce
  • Enjoy!
