In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown ground beef
Add fat, onions & celery, cook lightly
Add tomatoes with juice and Massel Beef Bouillon Granules, chopping coarsely large chunks with your spoon, season with garlic salt and pepper, simmer over low for about 15 minutes
Just before serving, add zucchini and cook very lightly
Serve over a bed of rice or cauliflower rice

Notes
You can make this into a soup by adding 4 cups of tomato juice and combining the rice into the dish.
