Gluten Free Cream Chip Beef

Ingredients

tablespoon
Butter (or ghee)

ounces
dried beef, chipped
(small jar)
4
ounces
Cream Cheese
2
cups
half and half
1
pinch
White Pepper
Instructions
Rinse dried beef under running water for 10 seconds. Fanning slices so that each gets lightly rinsed. Pat dry with paper towel then coarsely chop.
In a medium sauce pan, melt butter over low heat.
Add chopped dried beef and lightly saute for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
Add cream cheese and half and half, stir to melt. Simmer 3-5 minutes or until lightly thickened.
Serve cream chip beef over top of biscuits.
