Phew! I can’t believe how fast 2015 has flown by! It’s been a very rewarding year for me – In addition to giant growth here on HSITK during my 3rd year of blogging, my first published cookbook; Without Grain was released in September
And I finished up my second cookbook; Fermented Foods at Every Meal that will be released in July of 2016.
While I’m 100% satisfied with the tangible outcome of my hard work, what I’m really proud of is my new-found ability to see things through. In the past I’ve struggled with staying focused and consistent, but I’ve overcome that trait and achieved things that I never thought possible.
