Pumpkin Spice Creamer {Grain & Gluten-Free and Paleo Friendly}

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Creamer, made with healthy, all-natural ingredients.

I was running a few errands today and noticed the infamous Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte is back!! Yes fall officially has arrived!

Ok, now before you grab your wallet and keys…. you don’t have to sacrifice your health to enjoy your favorite fall treat! In fact, my homemade version is so healthy, you can enjoy is regularly all fall and winter without guilt! (nor blowing your entire monthly budget $5/cup at a time!) The recipe I came up with is a Pumpkin Spice Creamer you can mix up ahead of time and just use it in your coffee throughout the week.. best part is that you can easily modify this to meet your unique eating style.. I use my homemade coconut milk, but it also works beautifully with almond milk or Raw Organic Diary Milk. Sweetened or Unsweetened.. your choice!

Oh, one last thing – take the left over canned pumpkin and freeze it in 1/2 cup portions – so when you’re ready to whip up a new batch it’s ready to go, just let it thaw in the fridge overnight!!

  1. I made it Whole 30 compliant by subbing the honey for 3 dates soaked in 1/4 cup hot water and excluded the vanilla. Thanks!

  2. So excited to make this creamer tonight! Quick question, do you have the nutritional info per tablespoon? I’m trying to log it into myfitnesspal but it’s proving to be a bit difficult. 🙁

    1. You could add it in my fitness pal as a recipe. The sweetener and type of milk you used would make the calorie count different. Measure out the final volume of the creamer, and convert that into tbsp.
      Ex. 2 cups = 32 tbsp
      Using unsweetened almond milk and honey the calorie count is approximately 12 calories per tbsp in that example.

  3. whoa, thanks so much for posting this! I found a great recipe for an Iced Green Tea Latte! You should try it, it was easy. So tasty!

  4. Omg…I made this in the morning before church today and felt like I died and went to heaven. Awesome!!!! Works while I’m doing the paleo challenge right now too…thanks!

    1. Store bought?? Like in a carton? or in a can? Cartons of coconut milk have fillers, additives and generally sweeteners..it’s up to your taste buds to decide, really!
