Turn the avocado and make small slits lengthwise, making a cube pattern
Once your cuts are made, bend the skin of the avocado, turning the sliced flesh out. Simply push out the cubes or scoop them out with a spoon, discard the skin, and you’re ready to proceed with your recipe.
